Start of a digital radio website

What are the European Broadcasting Union’s recommendations about digital radio, what new advantages and opportunities does it bring? – this and much more information can be found on the new DAB+ technology website run from 16th of February by the National Broadcasting Council.
Christian Vogg’s (Head of Radio and Music, EBU) presentation, shown during WorldDMB General Assembly on 4 November 2014 in Rome, indicates key factors for the deployment of digital radio and a necessity of the current market structure analysis, such as offer, conversion’s process, policy and regulatory systems of each country engaged in the radio digitization process. The European Broadcasting Union points out problems and national issues, such as national wealth, knowledge of information and communication technology or the size of the advertising market. The website is addressed mainly to experts on digital radio market. The NBC has expertise, analysis and presentations, which we want to share with the market, in order to make it easier to discuss and develop a strategy for Poland in this area. How much is happening in Europe show daily news appearing in the various European forums. News from Europe and other part of the world will also be published on our website - ensures Witold Graboś, Head of the Cross - departmental Working Group on Radio Digitization appointed by the NBC.

www.krrit.gov.pl/radio-cyfrowe there are comprehensive studies and analysis of new technology solutions. In addition, the National Broadcasting Council will be publishing announcements and reports from conferences, workshops and seminars about digital radio, articles written by specialists, as well as links to other DAB+ web portals.
The NBC invites experts to share their knowledge and declares that freelance writers’ articles will also be published on the website with their consent.
