QUALITY POLICY

The overarching goal of the Quality Policy pursued by the National Broadcasting Council is to ensure a high level of service provided to its stakeholders in terms of awarding concessions for the distribution of radio and television programmes.

We pursue our Quality Policy following the Quality Management System introduced by us, which complies with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 standard, with the full support of the entire Management and with participation of our employees. We treat the satisfaction of our stakeholders as the quality measure of the tasks that we have accomplished and the necessary prerequisite for maintaining the right image.

Major directions of our quality-oriented activities include:

·       Awarding and modifying concessions for the distribution of programmes by means of terrestrial analogue and terrestrial digital broadcast using the DVB-T standard

·       Awarding and modifying concessions for the distribution of programmes by means of satellite broadcast

·       Awarding and modifying concessions for the distribution of programmes via telecommunication networks other than those used for the distribution by means of terrestrial or satellite broadcast and by means of terrestrial digital broadcast using the DVB-H standard

·       Awarding concessions for further periods

in pursuance of the uniform procedures and the current legal requirements.

The measurable quality goals are established annually during the management review conducted by the Management of the National Broadcasting Council.

The Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council acknowledges that the Quality Policy is understandable, has been implemented and maintained at all organisation levels engaged in the process of awarding concessions for the distribution of radio and television programmes, and that the Quality Management System under the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 standard continues to be improved.
