Forms used in licence procedures

On 20 December 2012, a regulation was published (and enforced) in the Journal of Laws (item 1443) which amended the Regulation of the National Broadcasting Council dated 4 January 2007 on the contents of the licence application and on the detailed procedure of awarding and revoking licences for distribution and diffusion of radio and television programmes. Appendices containing templates of the forms which should be used to submit licence applications or licence extension applications for the distribution of radio and television programmes are an integral part of the Regulation. The templates of application forms have been amended too.
